William Tallent, Sr.
CEO & Co-founder
Bill is a co-founder of Mercury Intermedia and has forty years experience in technology, with an emphasis on sales and marketing. In addition to overall executive responsibilities, he directs sales, strategic planning, and administrative operations. Prior to starting Mercury Intermedia, he was Chief Executive Officer and a founder of Telco Research, a Nashville based, venture-backed, telecommunications business that was sold in 1986. Prior to founding Telco Research, Bill was the CEO of Alexander Julian Clothing, Male Sportswear and a men’s apparel retailer, all divisions of Nashville based Genesco, Inc.
John Brda
Chief Revenue Officer
From 1988 to 1995, John was president of Fiscal Management Services, an equipment finance company. He was president of Cadet Holdings, a specialty finance company from 1995-2002. Operating his own consulting company since 2003, John has worked with online media companies including iMedia and Milk Media, the media arm of the Milk Producers Association. John brings a wealth of revenue generation experience to Mercury Intermedia.
Stephen C. Tallent
President, Chief Technical Officer & Co-founder
Stephen is a co-founder of Mercury Intermedia and has twelve years experience in technology. He directs the company’s software development group and is responsible for software architecture and new product development. He has been developing technology for Mercury Intermedia for years.
His pioneering work has led to the development of numerous systems to simplify interactions with complex systems. He is the inventor of both Mercury Flow and desktop application technologies.
Michael P. Ligon
Vice President, Product Management
Michael oversees day-to-day management of the Mercury Intermedia's products as well as maintenance of relationships with customers. With a background in programming and database-driven web development, Michael also has ten years experience operating a successful information technology and consulting business where he managed all client relationships and a staff of IT developers.
